Return Policy

  1. Refund or cancellation of order is strictly disallowed in our company.
  2. Once the payment/transaction is done, the order is considered as finalised and customer agreed to all the T&C though-out the order process.
  3. We only allow refund for exceptional conditions as below:
    1. We have no stock or insufficient stock to fulfil the requirement of your order.
    2. Customer received defective items.
    3. Any other circumstances at the discretion of Shin Niji Sports (Example: wrong pricing, sending wrong item, and etc)
